•I will post the assignments outside of the computer lab tomorrow. Please take a copy.
•I will be at the District all day Thursday.
•Please check in with Mrs. Gomez. If for some reason Mrs. Gomez is not in on Thursday, I will leave the cameras at the office with Ms. Kelarik.
•Read-a-thon will take place the entire day. You can go in the classes when your teacher allows you to leave. If someone is using the camera, come back at another time.
1. Before entering the room to take photos - Take a photo of the teacher's name outside of the door.
2. Take a photo of yourself (so I can give you credit for you photos).
3. Please go to the teacher and say, "Excuse me for interrupting, is this a good time to take photos for the yearbook?"
4. Take group photos. If you can't get the entire class in one shot, you can also do it by tables or in small groups.
5. Take photos of kids reading with their friends.
5. Do not include the substitute teachers in the group photos. Many teachers will be out that day at the District Meeting.
6. Spend between 6-10 minutes in your class.
7. Most important...PLEASE take your JOB REQUEST FORM. This is your hall pass.
8. Take tons and tons of photos. Remember, once this day is over we can't get it back. All of these photos will be in the yearbook or in the OPEN HOUSE slideshow (per teacher). Just snap away!!! Each SD Card has 32 gigabytes.
9. I can't say it enough -- take tons of photos (fun and interesting shots). We can always DELETE the photos.
10. Act professional and be on your best behavior (I know you will).
I will print this out so you can take it with you on your assignments on Thursday. Leave the cameras in the computer lab (PAPER CABINET). Don't worry about uploading the photos. I will do that when I get back.
Thank you for your help! I'm looking forward to seeing these photos on Friday.
